i have been able to purchase these glasses at Walmart under the store brand name and is my 1st and only choice when it come to reading glasses. I work on a computer and I am required to have my glasses on for very long extended periods. This is the ONLY glasses that do not bother or hurt my nose with heavy use. With any and every other eyeglasses I have used I find I'm taking them on and off constantly as all bother me. The construction of these are so light its the reason I use them. Some reviews may suggest these do not last. That is true as IF I drop them , its trashed. regular use, it does not last but I do understand to get the extra light set its not going to be made with heavy duty components so I just budget about 1 pair a month or so. Problem is I can no longer find this product at Walmart or other online retailers. I hope I will continue to be able to buy these at OPTX 20/20 as I can not find another pair of glasses that do not hurt or bother me during my extended use. I can almost not tell these are on. Understand this is made out of very light material and will not last but anything else is heaver and your nose will know you have glasses on.

Not the most durable because they're all plastic except for the hinge screw, but inexpensive. Fairly easy to pop a lens back in as long as the nylon retaining band holds out (1-5 fixes).

My regular glasses I use for working at my computer are $450 each. I buy these glasses at Walmart for $5.88 each. Soemtimes they are hard to find and I am not fond of the silver insert, but they look great and stand up to my abuse. When I find them at walmart, I buy all I can find. Sometimes it means I buy a 150, 175 or 200 but for $5.88 each, who cares. I have them in my pockets, drop them all the time, use them when working in the garage and they are perfect for this. Mine last for months with all my abuse. Most of the time, I lose them before they break, but I break a lot of them. The best thing is, my good glasses ($450), are now 4 years old and dont have a scratch on them.

Absolute shit!! These glasses lasted for 2 uses, 2USES! what ripoff! Stay away from this brand. Specifically, the nylon wire holding the lens in place to the frame broke. and the hinge assembly on the same side broke as well.

Fell apart after one use; I expected these would last at least for a few months but broke after one day use of normal wear was less than satisfactory. Normal wear in my case is daily reading of emails in an office environment. I would not buy again.

I've owned several of these and have worn them for a few years now. The lens has only ever come out of one of them and it happened after I'd owned them a long time. The lens still pops out of these glasses sometimes, but I'm able to put it back in fairly easily. A lens has never popped out of the other pairs I own, even though I wear them all regularly and have dropped them several times. Considering the price, I find these plenty durable.

Junk. Fell apart after 3 weeks use. I handle my glasses with great care, but these broke where the lower lense frame meets the nose pads. Customer Service completely non-responsive.

I like the look, feel and price of these reading glasses, but they're not very durable and they're very fragile and break easily. If you're clumsy and prone to dropping your glasses you may want to think about another model or brand. I'm on my 4th pair that I purchased at Walmart. Their stock of this brand and model is very spotty and not always available or resupplied at their stores. These break easily in several ways. The lenses pop out of the frame which are held in with a nylon mono filiment cord. The cord pulls out of the frame at weak anchoring points, the frame breaks in the middle at the nose. The ear piece hinges losen easily and the screw holes strip easily.

Picked these up at Walmart for less than $6. Love them so much I went and bought another pair. I had so much trouble finding the second pair that I thought I should look online. I see several people saying they broke theirs. Mine have held up well for several months now, and I do drop them from time to time (they fall out of my pocket when I bend over). If I did break them though, I'm only out 6 bucks, so big deal! That's why I am buying more. I purchased a $150 set of prescription readers, and promptly lost them after a month. I was so mad that I just bought a set of Walmart readers and realized I could get by with those. This is my fourth brand of cheap readers, and has been my favorite so far by a long shot.
