Return Policy
This return policy pertains exclusively to purchases made through
Optx2020.com, AcuraVision.com, and FlapJacks.com
30 Day Guarantee
If you have purchased Optx 20/20 reading lenses, Acuravision reading glasses or FlapJacks reading glasses within the last 30 days and are not 100% satisfied, simply return the glasses in original form* and we will replace or refund.
If upon receipt you are dissatisfied with the diopter, return the
lenses/glasses in original form with a note indicating the correct diopter.
We will reimburse shipping costs for the 1st diopter
exchange only.
* Product must be returned in new and resalable condition for full
credit to be issued. This includes reading glass, carrying case
and all original packaging. Partial or no credit will be issued
at our discretion should product show signs of abuse.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Every pair of Optx 20/20 reading lenses, Acuravision reading glasses or FlapJacks reading glasses comes with a Limited Lifetime
Warranty. If a manufacturing defect should occur simply return your
glasses along with your contact information. Please include $10.00
to cover the costs of shipping and handling of your replacement pair.
This warranty does not include normal wear and tear. Lenses that
have been scratched by keys in your pocket and frames that have
been sat upon are not covered by the warranty.
Damaged Shipment
In the event your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within
seven days of receipt for a replacement. Be sure to send your return
package via a traceable shipping method (UPS) or insured parcel
post.
